Building a Food Forest

I’m Helen and I’ve been building a small food forest in Eastern Spain since the summer of 2021, using veganic permaculture principles (vegan and organic).

Permaculture has at its centre three ethics:

People Care

Earth Care and

Fair Shares.

By using these ideas we can…

  • Learn ways to grow that build soil, not deplete it

  • Find out how to use minimal water for maximum effect

  • Look after the planet for yourself, and future generations, to enjoy

  • Eat delicious food from the land

  • Increase biodiversity so that the land and its inhabitants can take care of themselves

  • Create beautiful spaces that contribute to positive mental health and physical wellbeing

  • Meet others who feel the same as you!
